Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, please contact us at contact@universjersey.com to receive return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Damage and issues

If your item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the product and the packaging. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your request. Following verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised items or limited edition products, which cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

Pre-order Refunds

We will notify you if production of pre-ordered jerseys does not go ahead, and you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund.
